The IT Intern will provide support in building and improving HR Primo’s internal systems. The role will involve assisting with system documentation, feature testing, data validation, and basic technical or programming tasks under the guidance of the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and organizing requirements for recruitment and payroll systems
• Create basic workflow diagrams, forms, technical notes, and process documentation
• Support simple coding, configuration, or system development activities
• Conduct initial testing of system functions and properly document identified issues
• Review, encode, clean, and verify system data for accuracy
• Provide general technical and administrative support for IT-related projects
• Handle other related duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Currently taking Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related program
• Has foundational knowledge of programming or software development
• Open to training, feedback, and guided technical work
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to details
• Available to work five days per week under a hybrid arrangement
• Able to begin immediately
