MPO, Inc. is a fast-growing offshoring and outsourcing company that supports Australian and other global businesses in building high-performing remote teams in the Philippines.

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Designer to support our high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience producing quality 2D CAD documentation and residential interior design drawings, with an understanding of residential construction and building requirements.

This role is well suited to an Interior Designer or Architectural Draftsperson who enjoys technical documentation, custom joinery design, and creating detailed drawing packages for luxury residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings and documentation for high-end residential projects.
• Develop kitchen, bathroom, laundry, wardrobe, and custom storage designs.
• Design bespoke joinery including media units, entertainment cabinetry, display cabinets, andother custom furniture.
• Produce Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs), including lighting layouts, fixture schedules, feature ceilings, and bulkhead details.
• Prepare electrical, lighting, plumbing, finishes, and fixture schedules.
• Assist with residential construction detailing and technical documentation.
• Research and apply relevant sections of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards where required, including accessibility requirements, bathroom gradients, ramp gradients, and general residential compliance matters.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and coordinated documentation.

Skills & Experience:

• Atleast 2 years related experience.
• Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and the production of detailed 2D construction drawings.
• Exposure to Australian residential building standards and NCC requirements.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for client presentations and documentation.
• Experience with SketchUp or other 3D visualisation software.
• Experience documenting high-end residential interiors.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation packages.
• Understanding of residential construction methods and detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively within a remote team environment.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
