Position Summary

The internship Program provides college students with hands-on experience in a professional work environment, Interns will support daily operations, participate in projects, and gain practical knowledge aligned with their academic field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day departmental tasks (e.g., warehouse, production, QA, or office functions)
• Support documentation, data encoding, and report preparation
• Participate in process improvement or special projects
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company workflows
• Assist in basic analysis (e.g., data gathering, time studies, simple reporting)
• Coordinate with team members and follow assigned tasks from supervisors
• Comply with company policies, safety rules, and confidentiality requirements

Learning Objectives

• Gain exposure to real-world operations and business processes
• Understand workplace discipline, teamwork, and communication
• Develop problem-solving and analytical skills
• Learn industry practices such as 55, Lean, and basic quality systems

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business or Management)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
