Full job description
Northbank Holdings Corporation, a dynamic commercial Leasing Developer and Real Estate company, is looking for a Design Officer/Drafter who will prepare technical shop drawings as well as support the Architect and Engineer in completing the Company’s construction plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or 2-year associate Certificate/Degree from a Technical College
- Familiarity with 3D modelling tools
- Intermediate knowledge in 2D and 3D rendering software (AutoCAD, Lumion, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp)
- Good eye for detail
- Willingness to go on field work/inspection
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
Open to OJTs/Apprentices in Architecture
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays
Target Start Date : OCTOBER 2026
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
