At Ivoclar, we're passionate about "Making People Smile," and we're looking for a Procurement Analyst with experience working in a diverse & fast-paced environment to join our highly skilled, Global Purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing administrative and reports-related tasks to support the Global Purchasing Team.

Operational Duties:

• Review vendor order confirmations for discrepancies against purchase orders, correct any issues, and update the ERP system before delivery.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards set by regulatory bodies and industry requirements by monitoring their adherence, updating quality certificate attachments in the system, and following up or escalating issues as necessary.
• Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports while adhering to documentation and corporate branding standards, ensuring timely submission.
• Participate in or champion Continuous/Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

We're seeking a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is excited to be part of a dynamic global organization.

• Must have 1-2 years of global procurement or related purchasing experience in a shared service or BPO environment (required)
• Experience with SAP or any other related ERP Systems (required)
• Your business level fluency in English and confidence in communicating in a global environment;
• Your willingness to work in shifts in a hybrid set-up (note: during onboarding, you are required to fully report on-site)
• Flexibility and willingness to work in various shifts to support our global customer base.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
