Store Assignment: SM Nuvali, Santa Rosa

Are you ready to supervise a dynamic store, lead a strong team, and serve top-notch food with exceptional customer service? Shake Shack is looking for passionate leaders to drive store operations and achieve results.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that sales targets and service standards are met.
  • Establish good rapport with guests and handle their requests professionally and promptly.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Plan staff rosters and provide training and coaching on customer service and product knowledge.
  • Enforce and comply with licensing, hygiene regulations, and health and safety legislation and guidelines.
  • Manage operational costs and maintain the required stock and supplies for the restaurant.
  • Assess and improve restaurant profitability, and prepare and present staffing and sales reports to the Operations Head in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as restaurant manager or related Managerial / Supervisory experience for at least 5 years (3 years as Restaurant Manager)
  • Solid financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Language skills - fluency in English (oral/written)
