Position: Nurse I

Place of Assignment: Makati City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine (in accordance with Medical Directive Guidelines approved by Corporate Physician).
• Refers/transports emergency cases to nearby hospital as necessary.
• Implements immunization programs to employees as well as to the dependents(Flu vaccine, cervical vaccine, Pneumococcal vaccine, and Hepatitis B vaccines).
• Conducts monthly inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• Maintains employees individual medical records with strict confidentiality.
• Assists Corporate Physician on pre-employment of newly absorbed employees and job order medical examination and coordinates status/evaluation with Human Resource Department.
• Assists in the research and preparation of health advisories.
• Evaluates and treats all illnesses and injuries in professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
• Prepares and submits monthly reports.

Qualification Standards:

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
• With training in basic life support
• Proficient in using MS Office
• RA 1080 (Registered Nurse)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php1,664.50 per day

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
