About the role
An exciting position for a Nurse to join our Clinical team has become available for a motivated and passionate individual wanting to kick start their career as a Clinical Care Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create, implement, and review clinical care plans.
  • Attend to phone calls to provide clinical care for our clients.
  • Organize all allied health services for our clients.
  • Liaise with nurses, staff and allied health professionals in Australia.
  • Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services.
  • Promote a strong customer focused culture.
  • Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Completed Nursing university degree
  • Good clinical knowledge, experience and skill (ESSENTIAL)
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Sound computer skills in Office, Excel and Google docs
