Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Amenable to work on site
  • Amenable to attend face to face interviews once requested
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mintal, Davao City

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance during emergencies.
  • Conduct regular health check-ups to ensure employees are fit to work.
  • Maintain first aid kits, medical supplies, and employee health records.
  • Teach employees about workplace health, safety, emergency procedures, and first aid.
  • Promote healthy habits to help prevent illnesses and workplace accidents.
  • Record and report workplace accidents, injuries, and medical cases, and coordinate with the Safety Team.
  • Help implement company health and safety policies and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Support employee wellness programs and provide basic health advice when needed.
  • Assist in preparing emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
