JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.

2. Assess and monitor health conditions and medical concerns

3. Maintain and update employee medical records while ensuring confidentiality.

4. Administer prescribed medications and assist during medical emergencies.

5. Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary.

6. Monitor workplace health and safety practices and recommend improvements.

7. Assist in implementing occupational health and wellness programs.

8. Prepare and submit health-related reports and documentation.

9. Support pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.

10. Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, and other applicable health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

✔ Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License. Fresh grads with license are welcome.
✔ Must possess a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certificate.
✔ With at least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or related role (preferred).
✔ Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping.
✔ Able to handle medical emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
✔ Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
