Important EB-3 Visa Update

While current travel restrictions remain in place, we are actively processing applications and assisting qualified nurses with job placement and EB-3 immigration processing.

Your case may proceed through all standard immigration steps, including:

• Employer sponsorship
• Documentation preparation
• USCIS processing

Applicants from countries affected by the travel ban remain subject to existing government policies. Interviews may proceed; however, visa issuance may be delayed until restrictions are lifted.

For candidates from countries not subject to the travel ban, the process can move forward without interruption, including embassy scheduling and visa issuance under standard timelines.

• Experienced Registered Nurses only
• 1–2 years of experience required for ICU, ER, OR, Telemetry, and Oncology
• New graduate RNs: Not currently hiring
• NCLEX is a must
