I. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Delivers nursing care to clients within assigned areas, cognizant of the following key areas of responsibility:

2. Identifies and analyzes the nursing needs of clients

3. Provides sound decision making in the care of client considering their beliefs and values.

4. Performs age-specific safety measures in all aspects of clients care.

5. Determines appropriate nursing care to address priority needs/problems.

6. Refers identified problem to appropriate individuals.

7. Establishes means of providing continuous client care.

8. Conforms with the eleven (11) rights in medication administration and health therapeutics.

9. Performs comprehensive and systematic nursing assessments.

10. Formulates a plan of care in collaboration with the patients and other members of the health team.

11. Performs nursing activities effectively in a timely manner.

12. Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions.

13. Revises care plan based on expected outcomes.

14. To do other job that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
