Job Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first-aid, administer over-the-counter medications, and conduct initial health assessments for employees feeling unwell.
• Coordinate emergency hospital transfers and accompany affected employees when necessary.
• Validate medical certificates, assess employees’ fitness to return to work, and monitor health trends.
• Manage the inventory of medicines and medical supplies, maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Perform related duties as required or directed such as admin tasks and others.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts or night shifts to cover a 24/7 BPO operation.
• Typically requires 1 to 2 years of clinical or corporate/occupational nursing experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
• Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) is an advantage.

15k basic pay plus 3k attendance incentive - training rate (1month)

Plus +/- 3K KPI - during probationary period

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
