Full job description
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Handle clerical tasks and take messages for HR superiors
- Process and manage Manpower Request Forms
- Prepare and manage payroll summaries and manual daily time records (DTRs)
- Conduct sourcing, interviewing, and deployment of applicants
- Prepare and collect government-mandated requirements (collection only; no payment or portal encoding)
- Basic liquidation of team expenses
- Willing to be assigned at Gapan, Nueva Ecija
