A Management Trainee in a restaurant is responsible for learning and mastering the daily operations of the establishment. They work closely with managers and staff to gain hands-on experience in customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. The role involves assisting with scheduling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer concerns, and supporting business growth. The trainee will undergo training in leadership, financial management, and operational efficiency to prepare for a future managerial role.
