We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pure Non-Voice Chat Support Representatives. This position involves assisting customers through chat and messaging platforms only—no phone calls required.
No experience? No problem! Fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and career shifters are welcome to apply. Paid training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through chat and messaging channels.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process customer requests and transactions.
- Resolve basic customer concerns following company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Qualifications
