Responsibilities

• Assist customers through chat and messaging channels.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Process customer requests and transactions.
• Resolve basic customer concerns following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants with no prior experience.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Willing to undergo paid training.
