Full job description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Email & Chat Support) to handle customer concerns through written communication channels.
This is a non-voice support role focused on assisting customers with account-related concerns such as password resets, refunds, and basic troubleshooting via email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat (non-voice support)
- Assist customers with password resets, account access issues, and refund requests
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses following company guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation of all interactions in the system
- Follow standard processes and workflows for issue resolution
- Maintain high-quality communication with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate
- Must have experience in live chat and email support (required)
- Experience in voice/call center support is an advantage but not required
- Strong written communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
