We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries through chat, email, or messaging platforms. Deliver professional assistance without using the phone.

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
-Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
-Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
-Document all interactions in the system
-Escalate complex concerns to supervisors
-Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on non-voice processes and platforms

Requirements:
-High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
-Strong written English communication
-Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-focused
-Basic computer skills and multitasking
-Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
