Metacom Careers is hiring a Chat Support Representative for a non-voice account. No BPO or chat support experience required — related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
- Handle multiple chat conversations at once
- Provide product, service, and account information
- Troubleshoot basic concerns and escalate complex tickets
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Follow brand tone and communication guidelines
- Meet response time and CSAT targets
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- No chat support or BPO experience needed — a plus if you have it
- Strong written English and grammar
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Able to multitask across chats
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
