Overview

We are hiring Chat Support Representatives to assist customers through online chat platforms. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

This position is open to entry-level applicants, including fresh graduates and career shifters. No prior experience is required, and paid training will be provided.

The role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced support environment.

Requirements

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College-level education or a college degree is an advantage
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Strong written English communication skills
• Fast typing speed and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve issues while maintaining professionalism
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain quality, productivity, and response time standards
• Follow communication and service guidelines
