Full job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and verify daily and monthly production reports submitted by the Production
Department for accuracy and completeness.
2. Encode and maintain inventory records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
3. Record and update sales reports based on Delivery Receipts (DRs).
4. Prepare and present daily reports on raw material consumption, including usage trends
and waste percentages.
5. Conduct actual (monthly) inventory counts and reconcile records for: Raw Materials, Finished Goods (FG), Work-in-Process (WIP)
6. Reconcile and validate production reports with both the Accounting Department and
the Production Department to ensure consistency and accuracy.
7. Identify discrepancies in production and inventory records and coordinate with the
concerned departments for resolution.
8. Maintain organized documentation and ensure all production and inventory records are
updated and readily accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in production reporting, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and data analysis); knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in production and inventory records.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
