The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms in accordance with the hotel's high standards. This role ensures a positive guest experience by delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service.

Duties and Responsibility:

Room Cleaning:

• Clean guest rooms to the hotel's standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing guest supplies.

Room Inspections:

• Check rooms for maintenance issues, missing items, or cleanliness concerns and report them to the supervisor.

Guest Services:

• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as towels, toiletries, or room amenities.
• Assisting guest in their luggage.

Stocking Supplies:

• Replenish housekeeping carts with fresh linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities to ensure readiness for room cleaning tasks.

Lost & Found:

• Report any lost and found items to the supervisor, ensuring proper handling and return to guests when possible.

Safety & Security:

• Follow hotel safety and security procedures, including properly locking guest rooms and reporting suspicious activity.

Environmental Standards:

• Follow the hotel's eco-friendly practices, such as water and energy conservation and waste management.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other housekeeping staff, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
