Job Title: E-Commerce Graphic Designer (Virtual Assistant)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $5.00 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented E-Commerce Graphic Designer (Virtual Assistant) to join our team.

Please note: This is NOT a general graphic design position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience crafting high-converting visual assets tailored for online stores, marketplace listings, and digital sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce & Marketing Assets: Create high-converting web pages, product graphics, promotional banners, brochures, logos, and digital/print advertisements tailored to brand guidelines.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce clean, high-quality designs.
  • Visual Optimization: Select typography, layout compositions, and color palettes that maximize visual appeal, readability, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration & Iteration: Develop design drafts, incorporate client feedback, and refine assets until final sign-off.
  • Quality Assurance: Meticulously proofread and review final outputs to guarantee design accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while consistently meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of dedicated E-Commerce Graphic Design experience (creating Amazon/Shopify assets, A+ content, social ads, digital storefronts, etc.). General graphic design experience alone will not qualify.
  • Software Skills: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma with exceptional photo editing abilities.
  • Communication: Strong, fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Work Ethic: Keen eye for aesthetics, strong time-management skills, good character, and ability to work methodically under deadlines.
  • Availability: Full-time availability; willing and able to work a graveyard shift schedule.
  • Education: High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
