We are hiring 2 Surveillance Operations Center Operators to monitor and manage security operations. Shifts vary based on site requirements, with the following time ranges:

Shift Start Range: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Shift End Range: 12:30 AM - 5:30 AM

Exact start/end times depend on your assigned site. We have multiple sites with slightly different coverage windows. During interviews, we'll match you with a specific schedule that works for both your availability and our site needs.

Compensation: Starting at ₱18,000 per month

As a Remote Surveillance Operations Center (SOC) Operator, you’ll serve as the first line of digital defense. From your dedicated home setup, you’ll monitor security feeds, detect unusual activity, and help coordinate response during the hours when vigilance matters most.

This isn’t just about watching screens. It’s about having the judgment, discipline, and clarity to make decisions that can stop real threats before they escalate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor live and scheduled CCTV feeds across multiple sites
Identify intrusions, unsafe behavior, or environmental threats
Escalate incidents via VOIP, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams
Log activities and complete structured shift reports
Follow documented SOPs with precision
Maintain sharp alertness and confidentiality during your entire shift

What You Need (Home Setup)

Dual-monitor setup (strongly preferred)
High-speed internet (20 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
UPS or stable electricity

Modern desktop/laptop (Windows/macOS) capable of handling surveillance tools and encrypted apps
