Job Description
We are seeking Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring accurate information and efficient support at all times.
Responsibilities:
- · Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
- · Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
- · Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- · Document all customer interactions properly
- · Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- · Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
- · Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- · Paid training on chat support tools and processes
Requirements:
- · High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- · Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
- · Strong written English communication skills
- · Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- · Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- · Willing to work onsite in Davao City
