Job Summary:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and event arrangements; preparing reports. Ensures that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
  • Manages calendar for the Admin & Facilities Manager and the COO/VP for Operations
  • Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-allied field or any related course
  • At least one (1) year of administrative experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to work well with others

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
