In this role, you'll help organizations provide quality healthcare benefits by connecting with corporate clients, presenting HMO solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new corporate accounts through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for the preparation of quotations and proposals.
• Present HMO products, benefits, and healthcare solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and bidding activities.
• Prepare and submit proposals and required sales documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent after-sales support by addressing client concerns and conducting benefit orientations before account turnover.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in an Allied Medical course, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
✔ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
✔ No prior sales experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
✔ Experience in sales, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, or HMO is an advantage but not required.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Customer-focused, confident, and eager to learn.
✔ Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed.
