About the Role

We are looking for an IT Executive/Staff to provide technical support for users, systems, devices, and operational technology throughout the resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
• Knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, basic networking, and user support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• With basic knowledge of network systems.
• Experience or familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, telecommunications, or hospitality technology is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite and support pre-opening activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for workstations, networks, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, telecommunications, user accounts, hardware, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Supports the implementation, installation, testing, and commissioning of hospitality-specific systems.
• Deploys and sets up user workstations and IT equipment.
• Supports Property Management System (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and network implementation and testing.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and user-related technical concerns.
• Installs and configures software and IT devices.
• Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system readiness activities.
• Coordinates with vendors and system integrators for installation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Creates and manages end-user accounts and access permissions.
• Assists with hardware inventory management and monitoring of IT equipment.
• Supports telecommunications and guest Wi-Fi testing.
• Assists in ensuring technology readiness for the resort opening.
• Provides user support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Performs other IT-related tasks as assigned.
