Work Location: Shaw, Mandaluyong We’re looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer I to join our dynamic Engineering team. In this entry-level role, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing software applications. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your coding skills, work with talented mentors, and contribute to projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications, ensuring code quality and reliability.
  • Assist in planning and executing technical roadmaps, adapting to evolving project requirements.
  • Participate in debugging sessions and work collaboratively to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the documentation of code, system designs, and technical processes for future reference.
  • Support continuous improvement by actively participating in code reviews and learning sessions.
  • Assist with client support and troubleshooting as needed to understand real-world product impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or early-career developers with a passion for technology and a drive for learning
  • Familiarity and working knowledge with Node.js, Deno, SQL/NoSQL, and React/Angular
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
