Job Description:

1. Generation of RDR and put-away form for all received containers.
2. Validation of WH assignment of actual container arrived.
3. Excel file encoding of put-away and transfer form.
4. Updating of monitored files (PH overseas, Inbound daily activities, PH daily delivery plan, PH Put-away, delivery discrepancies, and pu-away summary)
5. Ensure that all turned over documents are signed and validated by Supervisor.
6. System change location (Local & import)
7. System container updating (Local & Import)
8. Encoding of attendance
9. Coordinating with our merchandising team if there are any issues with unscheduled deliveries, pricing issue, barcode and quantity regarding disposition.

Job Qualification:
1. College level or at least high school level.
2. With basic knowledge on warehouse operation such a stacking, arrangement and cleanliness of area.
3. With warehouse work experience is advantage. With good attendance record.
4. Willing to work OT as needed especially in peak season.
5. Able to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn.
6. Physically fit.
