Full job description

  • Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
  • Experience in payroll processing, HR operations, or related administrative work is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll computation, timekeeping, statutory benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Compute employee salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives, and final pay in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare and process government-mandated contributions and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding salaries, deductions, benefits, and payslips.
  • Preferably residing in Naga City or has a service motorcycle if residing outside Naga City.

Pay: Php11,187.44 - Php28,238.09 per month
