About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to produce compelling visual content that strengthens our brand and connects with our audience across digital platforms. This role combines photography, videography, and editing expertise to bring our stories to life and support marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate in the end-to-end video production: concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and internal use.
  • Set up and operate professional audio-visual equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones.
  • Edit multimedia content for clarity, branding, and impact across various formats and channels.
  • Responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of the content calendar, including the creation and execution of multimedia content across various platforms.
  • Optimize content for different platforms (social media, web, presentations) and devices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative concepts that align with the brand strategy.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve production quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist (photography & videography) with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording techniques.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
