Actian empowers enterprises to confidently manage and govern data at scale. As part of our vibrant creative team, you’ll help shape how we tell our story to the world. We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who’s creative, driven, and genuinely excited about bringing ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
You’ll create visuals and videos that do more than just look good—they tell stories, spark interest, and drive results. Working with teams across Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, HR, and Leadership, you’ll take projects from concept to final polish with a collaborative spirit and creative eye.

• Produce compelling videos that resonate with our customers.
• Tell great stories through visual sequencing, pacing, and transitions
• Clean and enhance audio using tools like Adobe Audition for high-quality output
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure everything aligns with goals and messaging
• Create impactful ad designs that showcase what Actian can do for our customers
• Design presentations (PowerPoint) that are clean, effective, and brand-aligned
• Support editorial content like eBooks, datasheets, and white papers
• Stay inspired and on trend, keeping our visuals fresh and forward-thinking
• Support a variety of content—static and animated, digital and print

We’d Love to See

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, and video editing
• A portfolio full of strong, story-driven creative work
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Proficiency with Adobe Audition and other audio editing tools
• Skilled in storyboarding and translating concepts into clear visual narratives
• Has experience creating product explainers, especially for B2B or technical content
• Up to date on the latest AI advancements and tools that help accelerate creative and production workflows
• Familiar with ElevenLabs for narration and audio production is a plus, but willingness to learn the tool is equally welcome.
• Someone who’s a self-starter—you take initiative, own your work, and follow through
• Strong ethics and integrity—reliable, proactive, and proud of the work you deliver
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills
• Experience using tools like Jira, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries
