Multi Skilled Technician jobs

A Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and technical support tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems to ensure smooth operations and safety within a facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, lighting, power systems, pumps, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and machinery.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and building systems.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Keep maintenance records, reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Coordinate with contractors and other departments when required.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance or technical services.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
