We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager to lead our operations, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. He / She will manage the entire Hotel Operations located in Oroquieta, Mindanao

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day company operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, workflow, and service execution.
• Lead, coach, and mentor department heads and team managers.
• Establish KPIs and ensure performance aligns with company goals.

Business & Financial Management

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Create and implement business development strategies to drive revenue.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, and industry benchmarks.

Client Management

• Strengthen relationships with current clients through regular communication and quality assurance.
• Lead client onboarding, problem resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
• Represent SMS Hospitality Network during client meetings, reviews, and negotiations.

Human Resources & Organizational Development

• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure employee programs, policies, and performance management frameworks are properly implemented.
• Build a strong, positive work culture that aligns with company values.

Strategic Planning

• Participate in corporate strategic planning and innovation projects.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitality and related industries.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience as (GM / Asst GM / Business Development / Sales / HR / Operations), ideally in the hospitality, or service industry.
• Proven track record in operations management, P&L management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Recruitment, Operations).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
