What a Surveillance Supervisor Looks Forward to Doing Well

The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily surveillance and security operations to ensure continuous monitoring, operational effectiveness, and compliance with established security procedures. The role supervises Field Operative Agents and CCTV Monitoring Agents, manages incident response activities, evaluates operational risks, and ensures timely reporting, monitoring, and documentation across security operations.

What you will do

Security Operations Supervision and Team Oversight

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of Field Operative Agents and CCTV Monitoring Agents to ensure effective execution of security activities, compliance with operational procedures, and achievement of security objectives.
  • Monitor workforce deployment, provide operational direction, and ensure seamless coordination among security personnel to maintain operational continuity and effectiveness.

Operational Monitoring, Reporting Governance, and Documentation Control

  • Oversee the monitoring, validation, and review of surveillance reports, incident reports, and field operational documentation to ensure submissions are timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Track reporting compliance, identify inconsistencies or operational gaps, and provide recommendations to strengthen reporting discipline, accountability, and overall operational visibility.

Risk Assessment, Security Planning, and Preventive Controls Management

  • Support the identification of operational risks and security vulnerabilities through continuous assessment and monitoring activities.
  • Assist in developing preventive countermeasures, mitigation plans, and security recommendations aimed at minimizing operational risks, strengthening controls, and enhancing overall security effectiveness.

Performance Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Workforce Development

  • Evaluate the performance of Field Officers and operational personnel based on established performance indicators including compliance, responsiveness, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, corrective actions, and guidance to strengthen accountability, improve workforce performance, and maintain discipline across security operations.

Nationwide Security Monitoring and Operational Surveillance Management

  • Ensure continuous monitoring and operational visibility across nationwide offices, mobile hubs, armored vehicle operations, CCTV systems, and security monitoring platforms.
  • Oversee monitoring activities to promptly identify, escalate, and address operational anomalies, security incidents, and potential threats affecting business operations.

Incident Response Coordination and Operational Support Management

  • Serve as a primary operational contact during incidents, accidents, security breaches, operational verifications, and checkpoint activities.
  • Coordinate immediate responses, facilitate communication among stakeholders, support incident resolution activities, and ensure proper documentation and escalation procedures are followed.

Security Assessment, Site Evaluation, and Deployment Readiness Management

  • Lead and oversee security assessments for operational assets, equipment deployments, offices, and facilities to ensure compliance with security standards and operational requirements.
  • Conduct ocular inspections, evaluate security readiness of new satellite offices, and recommend security enhancements to support safe and efficient operations.

Financial Validation, Billing Review, and Operational Cost Control

  • Review, validate, and assess agency billings, reimbursements, and operational expense submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and approved processes.
  • Support financial accountability by ensuring operational expenditures are properly reviewed prior to endorsement and submission.

GPS Monitoring and Security Tracking Management

  • Oversee the monitoring and management of GPS tracking systems and security monitoring devices including airtags and vehicle tracking platforms.
  • Ensure 24/7 monitoring of all Offices nationwide, mobile hub and armor car operations activities.
  • Ensure 24/7 monitoring of GPS devices such as airtags, sinotrack and tracksolid and report anomalies to the Security Manager
  • Ensure continuous tracking visibility, investigate anomalies, escalate unusual activities, and support operational security through proactive monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
