Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform blood extraction and hematology procedures, including CBC, manual differential counts, and coagulation/hemostasis testing.
  • Operate and maintain Beckman Coulter DXH 500 and perform quality control and calibration of hematology analyzers.
  • Conduct clinical microscopy tests, including stool examination for ova and parasites, occult blood testing, and routine urinalysis.
  • Analyze urine sediments and perform urine pregnancy tests using immunological methods.
  • Perform routine blood chemistry tests using Cobas C111 and electrolyte testing using AVL 9180.
  • Conduct quality control and calibration of laboratory analyzers.
  • Perform weekly inventory/census and requisition of laboratory supplies and reagents.
  • Prepare and process specimens for send-out testing.
  • Participate in the annual NEQAS proficiency testing cycle.
  • Prepare and maintain required laboratory documents and records.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of laboratory analyzers.

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
