Job Summary

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient and billing information in the hospital information system. This role ensures data integrity, supports HMO-related transactions, generates reports, and coordinates with various departments to ensure efficient hospital operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately encode and update patient information, hospital charges, and other related data in the hospital information system.
• Process and coordinate HMO-related information and concerns.
• Manage the Hospital's One Stop Shop queue at the COPD station
• Generate reports as requested by concerned departments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Promptly report any system issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel for immediate resolution.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related computer course.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in data encoding or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in data encoding and data management.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
