Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to the hiring manager with detailed applicant profiles.
• Maintain an organized database of applicants and track the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support other HR functions as needed, such as employee records management and policy implementation.
• Prepare and issue disciplinary notices and other employee-related documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Compute and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Respond to and assist employees with HR-related concerns and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
