Product Specialist – Imaging Equipment | Mon–Fri

Metro Manila | Medilines Distributors Inc.

Medilines Distributors Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and technically competent Application Specialist to support our Imaging Equipment portfolio. We are seeking a professional with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in product support, clinical applications, or medical equipment, particularly in imaging systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide product expertise and technical support for imaging equipment such as CT Scan, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, C-arm, and related systems
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and user training for healthcare professionals and hospital personnel
  • Assist the Sales Team during customer meetings, product evaluations, and technical discussions
  • Prepare product comparisons, technical specifications, presentations, brochures, and bid documents
  • Support product launches, customer education programs, and marketing activities
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal departments regarding product-related concerns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Prepare reports, customer feedback, and product-related documentation
  • Travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, and project support as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or other allied medical/science-related courses
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Product Specialist, Clinical Applications Specialist, or in medical equipment product support
  • Experience handling medical imaging equipment is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of imaging systems such as CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, or C-arm is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, training, and site inspections
