ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role

We are looking for a Licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team as a Clinical Content Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining evidence-based clinical content used in healthcare products and solutions. You will work closely with clinical experts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with best practice standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who have strong clinical knowledge, research skills, and a passion for healthcare innovation, quality assurance, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update clinical content using Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) principles and medical literature.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and usability of clinical content through quality assurance reviews and documentation maintenance.
  • Serve as a clinical resource by addressing inquiries from internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Product Management, and Business Analysts, to support product enhancements.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and delivering clinical content projects within established timelines.
  • Participate in research initiatives and activities that contribute to product improvement and innovation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist (PH Registered Pharmacist)
  • Candidates with a PharmD are strongly preferred
  • With solid clinical and hospital experience (Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a BPO setting, handling US Healthcare accounts any of the following areas: Specialty pharmacy, Oncology drugs, Research, and content development, US pharmacy benefit management, Pharmacovigilance
  • Knowledge of Utilization and Case management in US Healthcare accounts
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and clinical research methodologies
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with complex documents, clinical guidelines, and policies
  • Experience using the InterQual tool is an advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong learning agility
  • Medical or healthcare writing experience
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of medical coding systems and healthcare classifications
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and healthcare technology products
  • Willing to work on Eastern or Central US time zones
  • Must be amenable to a Work-from-Home setup (Equipment provided by the company)
