ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing, acquiring, retaining and resolving client and/or business partners to achieve high sales targets and ensures that client’s needs and expectations are timely met for continues patronage to the company’s products and services.

  • Build and manage strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and product/service presentations
  • Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, including contract finalization, system rollout, and operational setup
  • Monitor account performance and drive sales growth through targeted initiatives and marketing programs
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage renewals or upgrades
  • Resolve client issues and improve processes to enhance overall customer experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and numerical proficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of customer service and account management processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or digital services is a plus

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
