CIS Bayad Center, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of MERALCO (Manila Electric Co.).
With over 10 years of serving the Filipino, Bayad Center continues to define and set the standards in the industry with its increasing number of biller partners and fast-growing network of payment centers, and introduction of innovative service lines.
The BAYAD CENTER is not resting on its laurels. At present, the BAYAD CENTER network is composed of more than a thousand collection centers in the Philippines and, soon, hundreds more overseas.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing, acquiring, retaining and resolving client and/or business partners to achieve high sales targets and ensures that client’s needs and expectations are timely met for continues patronage to the company’s products and services.
- Build and manage strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and product/service presentations
- Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, including contract finalization, system rollout, and operational setup
- Monitor account performance and drive sales growth through targeted initiatives and marketing programs
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage renewals or upgrades
- Resolve client issues and improve processes to enhance overall customer experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and numerical proficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of customer service and account management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital services is a plus
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
