This is a work-from-home opportunity.
This is a full-time position, 30-40 hrs a week
The rate is $9 - 12$ per hour

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Home Health experience with at least 3 years of ICD-10 coding experience.
  • USRN license is REQUIRED
  • HCS-D, COS-C, BCHH-C, or coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC is required
  • Homecare Homebase EMR is required

Key Focus of the Role

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of Home Health clinical documentation, ICD-10 coding, OASIS-E2 assessments, and Plans of Care.
  • Maintain 95% or higher coding accuracy.
  • Meet review turnaround times of 24 hours for 485 reviews and 12 hours for other review types.
  • Track and report quality assurance findings, coding changes, OASIS corrections, documentation deficiencies, and productivity metrics.
  • Deliver consistent review quality while supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives and timely communication with clinical teams.
