Location: Metro Manila
Base Salary: PHP 20,000 per month
Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 2 days off, depending on operational needs

Eye Can Philippines, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Medical Mission Coordinator who will support our Optometrist and help expand our community-based eye screening and medical mission activities.

This is a field-oriented position that requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to build relationships with different organizations and community leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and coordinate with Barangays, Barangay Captains, Councilors, LGUs, churches, nonprofit organizations, senior citizen groups, community organizations, and other potential partners.
• Actively look for opportunities to organize and schedule Medical Missions.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partner organizations.
• Coordinate Medical Mission schedules, locations, and basic logistical requirements.
• Accompany the Optometrist and Eye Can team during Medical Missions.
• Handle administrative work during Medical Missions.
• Prepare and maintain a complete list of patients who attend each Medical Mission.
• Record screening results and properly identify patients who are advised to undergo further examination.
• Follow up with patients who are identified as possible cataract cases and encourage them to visit the clinic for further consultation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with the clinic regarding patient appointments and follow-up.
• Assist in preparing reports regarding Medical Mission activities, patient numbers, follow-up status, and partner organizations.
• When there is no Medical Mission, continue community outreach activities or assist with clinic operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proactive, energetic, and willing to approach new people and organizations.
• Comfortable speaking with Barangay officials, Councilors, LGUs, churches, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders.
• Sales, community outreach, field coordination, healthcare, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must be organized and able to handle patient lists, schedules, reports, and follow-up activities.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Must be willing to work on weekends when Medical Missions are scheduled.
• Weekly days off will be adjusted accordingly when weekend work is required.
• Must be willing to stay overnight when necessary for official company activities.
• Able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

Compensation & Monthly Medical Mission Incentive

Base Salary: PHP 20,000 per month

In addition to the base salary, the Medical Mission Coordinator will receive a monthly performance incentive based on the number of Medical Missions successfully organized and conducted:

• 8 Medical Missions: PHP 5,000 incentive
• 12 Medical Missions: PHP 10,000 incentive
• 16 Medical Missions: PHP 15,000 incentive
• 20 Medical Missions: PHP 20,000 incentive
• 24 Medical Missions: PHP 25,000 incentive

Only Medical Missions that are officially scheduled, actually conducted, and properly recorded by the company will be counted.

Transportation expenses related to official company activities will be covered by the company. Accommodation will also be provided or covered when overnight travel is required.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to approach people, create new opportunities, and actively help bring eye care services to more communities.
