Customer Care Specialist (Contract of Service)

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT:

Field Service Office - Lucena

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background:

Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior 2018) or Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)

Eligibility:

Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

Job Description/Functions:

  • Encode and maintain records related to claims applications, pensioner information, PVAO IDs, and other veteran-related services;
  • Receive, sort, record, and monitor incoming and outgoing communications and maintain official records and files;
  • Prepare transmittal reports, accomplishment reports, and other administrative reports for submission to the Central Office;
  • Provide frontline services to pensioners, veterans, beneficiaries, and other clients through personal, telephone, email, social media, and other communication channels;
  • Conduct biometric capture activities for pensioner validation and identification card processing;
  • Assist in the preparation of disbursement vouchers, reimbursement reports, inventory reports, and other administrative and financial documents;
  • Manage records digitization activities and maintain updated office information materials;
  • Provide support during outreach programs, commemorative activities, medical missions, and other field operations; and
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Head of FSO from time to time.
