Full job description
Southwestern University Medical Center is looking for a Medical Transcriptionist who has a high attention to details and skilled in PhilHealth CF4 completion.
The primary role of the Medical Transcriptionist is the accurate filling out of PhilHealth CF4 claims form and overall assistance in ensuring prompt accomplishment and submission of the PhilHealth forms to improve overall TAT and claims processing. The role ensures compliance with hospital standards, clinical documentation accuracy, and coordination with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional certifications with medical or clinical background is a plus
- Tech-savvy especially in using MS Office
- Has strong knowledge and familiarization of medical terminologies
- Experience in filling out PHIC CF4 forms
- With a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision
