MedGather Philippines Corp. is looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Virtual Assistant with medical scribing experience to join our growing team.
As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and clinical documentation support to an assigned healthcare client. The ideal candidate has strong medical knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine RN license
- Previous medical scribing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work a graveyard shift
- Able to work independently while following established client and company procedures
What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Assist healthcare providers with medical scribing tasks
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR/EMR systems
- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle patient communications and administrative inquiries
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate and organized patient information and records
- Support other administrative and operational tasks of the assigned healthcare client
- Handle patient information in accordance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and data privacy requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
