Job description:

1. Assist in the accomplishment of the PhilHealth Claim Form 4 in compliance with the Guidelines on the Proper Accomplishment of PhilHealth CF4 (October 23, 2020) and CF4 Updates per PhilHealth Advisory No. 2020-057.

2. Collaborate and coordinate with residents-in training, attending physicians, and nurses, and PhilHealth Claims Team to clarify unclear information.

3. Assist the PhilHealth claims team and the PhilHealth Quality Appraiser by providing accurate and timely transcriptions needed for claims review and submission.

4. Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and medical records.

5. Participate in quality improvement activities related to medical documentation and claims processing.

Pay: Php34,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
