Full job description

Role:
Make 48,000 PHP per month

The scope is to bring in the PDF daily reports; extract the time sheets, any material packing slips, and any trucking logs.
1. To save the documents in the proper locations
2. To take the time sheets and prepare them daily to have ready for payroll in Microsoft Excel


The work consists of using three products

1. Rakenapp.com (web based)
2. Using our system thru AWS to connect to our servers
3. Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel (intermediate minimum)
We have about 200 workers that daily reports and payroll come in and must be compiled by end of Shift on Monday for the prior week.

Requirements:

Using our system thru AWS to connect to our servers
Must have reliable internet with not less than 20 mbs in speed.
Must have computer with monitor or laptop with additional monitor.

To check speed - you must be good thru Amazon Workspaces Health Check
