POSITION SUMMARY:

TEMPLATE/INSTALL SCHEDULER

This position requires multi-faceted interaction with our customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation.

We’re looking for a results-driven, detailed focus scheduler to schedule installs and templates.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule installs for multiple crews in multiple locations
  • Schedule templates for multiple templators in multiple locations
  • Contact customer with date/time
  • Coordinate with accounts
  • Help other departments if needed

Skills

  • Experience in the Stone industry or builder trade preferred
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Multitasking
  • Knowledge of granite, quartz, porcelain preferred but not a must
  • Need to be able to deal with customers in a calm professional manner
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Pay: USD750 - USD1,000 per month

Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time | Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
