Insurance Virtual Assistants needed

Remote | Full-Time | Home, Auto & Commercial Insurance

We are hiring experienced Virtual Assistants with experience supporting U.S. insurance agencies or companies, especially in Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, and Commercial Insurance. This is a stable, full-time remote position where you can choose your compensation based on your experience and skills, from $5.00 USD to $11.00 USD per hour.

This role is best for someone who has worked with insurance agencies, understands common insurance workflows, and can communicate professionally with clients and carriers in English.

Position Details

Job Title: Insurance Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote – Work from Home

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Weekends: Off

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to insurance clients
  • Assist with policy changes, mortgagee changes, and certificates of insurance
  • Help customers with billing, invoices, and account questions
  • Collect quote information from clients
  • Run quotes through insurance rating systems
  • Support policy servicing tasks such as renewals, endorsements, and updates
  • Assist with commercial insurance servicing when applicable
  • Work with ACORD forms when applicable
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, and insurance companies professionally
  • Follow agency processes and complete tasks accurately and on time

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • At least 1 year of insurance experience
  • Experience with U.S. insurance agencies or insurance companies
  • Home and Auto Insurance experience preferred
  • Property and Casualty experience preferred
  • Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
  • Experience with ACORD forms is a plus
  • At least 1 year of remote work / work-from-home experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to follow processes and stay organized
  • A reliable computer
  • High-speed internet connection
  • A quiet workspace for calls and daily work

Compensation

$5.00 USD to $11.00 USD per hour

You choose your compensation based on your experience, English level, insurance knowledge, and ability to handle insurance-related tasks.
