We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Scribe to work in hospitals or clinics, helping to improve documentation and streamline the process of treating patients in an Optometry Office. The primary role of the Medical Virtual Scribe is to manage electronic health records and document patient visits accurately (Live Scribing). This role includes overseeing information technology tasks in a medical office and performing clerical functions related to communication and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Real-Time Documentation: Accurately record the patient history, chief complaint, and clinical findings during live remote exams.
• Coding & Billing: Input appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes for vision exams, medical eye care, and diagnostic testing.
• Treatment Plans: Document the doctor’s assessment, including prescriptions for spectacles or
• contact lenses, and follow-up instructions.
• EHR Management: Navigate and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) with high speed and precision.
• Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient data privacy.

Qualifications:

• Ability to expertly document patient care
• Proficiency in transcribing patient appointments accurately.
• Advanced computer skills with familiarity with electronic health records systems.
• Strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
