Full job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other body fluid specimens to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients.
- Collect, receive, label, and prepare specimens for accurate and timely analysis.
- Conduct hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and other laboratory procedures using manual methods and automated equipment.
- Perform blood typing, compatibility testing, and other blood bank procedures as required.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid PRC license.
- Fresh board passers are welcome to apply; relevant clinical laboratory experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
