Product Sampler (Medical Products)

Job Description

The Product Sampler is responsible for conducting in-store product demonstrations and sampling activities for healthcare and wellness products. The role involves engaging with customers, providing basic product information, and ensuring a positive and informative brand experience at retail locations.

The ideal candidate should have a background or interest in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, caregiving, or related fields, with basic knowledge of first aid and health and safety practices. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for effectively explaining product benefits and responding to customer inquiries.

This is a part-time role scheduled for 3 days per month, ideal for students or fresh graduates who are energetic, presentable, and willing to work in a retail environment. Experience in product sampling, promotions, or retail is an advantage but not required.

The role requires professionalism, attention to hygiene and safety standards, and a customer-focused attitude during all sampling activities.

Qualifications

  • Background in Nursing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Caregiving, or a medical related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and health/safety practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in product sampling, promotions, or retail is an advantage
